With their new album out tomorrow Snow Patrol are undertaking the novel idea of a lunchtime show this Sunday in The Gate theatre of all places. They'll then hightail it up to Belfast for the evening show before heading to Edinburgh for the Lunchtime show the next day and London that evening. Fuck knows how you get tickets but one suspects they're not being sold on Ticketmaster.
I've never heard of the Gate being used as a Live Music venue before especially seeing as it's part of the same building as the Ambassador so that should be interesting. It might also be interesting to see whether Snow Patrol bring out an album akin to their first two albums "Songs for Polar Bears" and "When its all over we still have to clear up" or more in the style of their last two which have made them pretty big
