Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World is a new film being directed by Edgar Wright based on a series of comics, in which Scott Pilgrim (between jobs bass player) must fight off his new girlfriends evil ex boyfriends in street fighter style battles.
The titular character of Scott Pilgrim will be played by Michael Cera, with Ramona Flowers being played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Kieran Culkin as Wallace Wells.
The studio released plot synopsis goes as:
Meet charming and jobless Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera). A bass guitarist for totally average garage band Sex Bob-omb, the 22-year-old has just met the girl of his dreams…literally.
