Last weekend The Twisted Pepper hosted Banter- the first in a series of informal chats about pop and pop culture. Session number one featured Today FM's Paul McLoone and Power FM's 'The Golden Maverick' aka former music blogger Matt Vinyl talking to Jim Carroll about 'The State of Radio in Ireland'.
It was a pretty interesting night- I learnt a fair bit I didn't know about music in radio, and also had a bit of a laugh. I'd highly recommend checking out the series in the future- it's due to return in August, with a no-doubt interesting topic that is as yet undecided. We'll update you here as things get announced.
