According to RTE "Throwing shoes at somebody is an insult in the Middle East." It's an insult pretty much anywhere, I would think. Lightning fast, as always, Bush was straight to the bottom of things: "If you want the facts, it's a size 10 shoe that he threw." Thanks, George.
