Apparently Radiohead have only ever performed 'The National Anthem' with a live brass section twice. One of these was on Saturday Night Live, and rocked beyond belief. Unfortunately, that video seems to have disappeared from the net, so I'll have to upload it myself. In the meantime, here's the other (also mindblowing) live brass performance, this one from Later with Jools Holland:
